Torrie's Pest & Exclusion Services provides professional pest control, extermination, and pest exclusion services within designated service areas of Southeast Louisiana.

Service Agreements: The specific terms, pricing, guarantees, and duration of any work performed (including pest control treatments, exclusion services, and warranties) will be governed by a separate, written Service Agreement executed between you and Torrie's. In case of any conflict between these Website Terms and a specific Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail regarding the services rendered.

Inspections and Quotes: Any estimates, quotes, or assessments provided via the Site or during an initial inspection are non-binding until a formal Service Agreement is executed.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when prompted by any forms on the Site (such as contact forms or quote requests).
